A Grave Concern: Free Bird (sort of…)

The first three lines of the epitaph are from Lynyrd Skynyrd’s song “Free Bird.” I can’t find any source that has the last line, but it could have been added as more appropriate by the family or been something this couple wrote or said to one another while still alive.
If I leave here tomorrow
Would you still remember me?
For I’m as free as a bird now
As God has set me free.
