About

A Grave Concern is a blog about cemeteries and cemetery exploration.  I visit cemeteries because I am deeply fascinated by the ways in which people create memorials, particularly to the dead.

I strive to honor the dead whose monuments I photograph and to respect their families’ grief and wishes.  If you find a post or photograph of a monument to one of your family members that you would prefer to have removed, please email me privately.

Comments policy: All comments are moderated.  As the blog owner, I reserve the right to reject or remove any comment for any reason.  Please be respectful of the blogger and other commenters, as well as the dead and their families who are discussed here.
